Kyndal Knight
Kyndal has the distinct honor of being the first member of Team FL1P as well as being sponsored by our parent organization, Springboard Creative.
Kyndal was an accomplished student athlete who completed her career at the University of Kentucky as one of the most decorated divers in program history. On top of her accolades, Kyndal is active helping young athletes and now training and competing as a professional and member of Team USA.

Joslyn Oakley
Joslyn became a member of Team FL1P in 2022 and is also sponsored by our parent organization, Springboard Creative.
Joslyn is a freshman student athlete at the Texas A&M University. With a strong athletic resume already, she looks to build on that at the NCAA level while pursing a degree in sociology.

Bayleigh Cranford

Bayleigh is a freshman student athlete at North Carolina State University. With a strong athletic resume already, including junior national and junior world titles, she’s ready to make her presence felt in the ACC and NCAA.

Abi Knapton
Abi is the newest member of Team FL1P as the first to sign as a post-graduate athlete.
Abi had an illustrious career as the most decorated diver ever at the University of Nebraska before finishing her career at Rutgers as one of NCAA’s best divers. Now Abi juggles her nursing shifts with training and competing as a professional.
